AR: 15-Year-Old Shot In Hunting Accident

15-Year-Old Shot In Hunting Accident Teenager Accidentally Shot Self

December 21, 2010

EVANSVILLE, Ark -- A 15-year-old was rushed to the hospital following a hunting accident in Washington County. About 5p.m. Monday, the teen returned to his grandfather's home off Highway 59 in Evansville after a hunting trip. Deputies said the teen then accidentally shot himself. A rescue helicopter was flown in and the teen was taken Tulsa for treatment. There has been no word on his condition so far.
