2 Separate Hunting Accidents Reported In Butler County

BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. -- Investigators said there were two separate hunting
accidents in Butler County on Thursday evening. Both incidents happened in
Allegheny Township, according to 911 dispatchers. The first accident
involved a hunter who was accidentally shot on Foxburg Road. Police said the
victim was flown by medical helicopter to an area hospital. His name and
condition have not been released. Police said a second accident happened
shortly after when a hunter fell 20 feet from a tree. His condition was not
immediately known. Details are still developing.
