Army Captain killed by hunter in NC
Army Captain Jeremiah Sipes' funeral today in Bozeman, Montana

Army Captain Jeremiah Sipes will be buried today in his hometown of
Bozeman, Montana.
Capt. Sipes, 33, was fatally shot by a hunter New Year’s Day as he went
for a routine morning run on the All-American Trail in North Carolina. He
was stationed at Ft. Bragg.
The running trail is closed during the hunting season, which had ended on
New Year’s Day.
By all accounts this was a tragic hunting accident however, the
investigation by the Army continues. They have yet to rule the death an
accident.
Services will be held at Dahl Funeral Chapel in Bozeman, Montana and
Capt. Sipes will be laid to rest in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
