Washington County – On November 26, at 7:11 a.m., NRP Officers
investigated a hunting accident that occurred near the 2500 block of
Denne Road. The investigation revealed that the victim became ill
and then fell from a portable tree stand. An inspection of the tree
stand revealed that it was not properly secured to the tree which
contributed to the fall. The victim was transported to Washington
County Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
