Cadaver Dogs Used in Search of Missing Man

March 1, 2012

From KALB.com

78 year old Jim Delaney went missing in Pollock on February twenty-first after he left his friends house to go hunting and never returned. Thursday the grant parish sheriff's office expanded their search and brought in cadaver dogs for the second time. News Channel Five's Nolan Crane reports from Pollock tonight.
78 year old Jim Delaney suffers from dementia and remains missing. He went hunting in the woods of grant parish back on February twenty-first and has not returned.
"The search area has been expanded, were properly coving over two miles now," said Detective Doug James.
Volunteers have spent hundreds of hours combing through the woods hoping to find Mr. Delaney. Now cadaver dogs are assisting with the search.
