April 20, 2012

From KY3.com

They were not hunting companions.

The Missouri Department of Conservation says John Howell, 68, shot David Bradley, 28, about 6:40 a.m.   Howell was sitting at the base of a tree when he shot Bradley, who was standing next to another tree.

The 12-gauge shotgun blast hit Bradley in the chest and head.

Shannon County Coroner Tim Denton says the accident was not fatal, at least as of early afternoon.
