Oregon State Police are investigating a hunting-related shooting
that left one man injured early Saturday morning.
A man's
hunting partner shot him in the leg while the two were turkey
hunting north of the Rogue River, according to police.
When
a turkey flew out of its roost in a tree, the 60-year-old hunting
partner shot, but rather than hitting the bird, he hit his
44-year-old friend with shotgun pellets.
