MN: Man shot in apparent hunting accident near Elba

ELBA, Minn. (KTTC) -- Emergency responders were on the scene of a shooting near Elba in Winona County about 9:30 Friday morning.
 
It happened near County Road 26 between Plainview and Elba.
 
A hunter was shot in the shoulder.  His injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
