ALTURA, Minn. — A 10-year-old boy accidently shot his father in
the shoulder Friday during a hunting trip near Altura, according to
Winona County Sheriff’s Department.
The boy said he had his
.22-caliber rifle slung around his shoulder and tried to switch it
to the other shoulder when he accidently fired the weapon at his
father, according to police.
