A Windom man sought medical care for gunshot wounds last week,
two days after being shot while hunting in Jackson County.
Kyle Miller, 19, was struck with pellets while hunting pheasants
south of Windom on Oct. 13.
Miller told sheriff’s deputies
he was walking up a small hill with other members of his hunting
group down below when pheasants flew into the air and the group
below fired. Pellets from the gunfire struck Miller.
