By Emily Cutts, TwinCities.com

A high-school football player died Saturday, Oct. 27, after an early-morning duck-hunting accident.

Waseca and Janesville police responded to reports of people in the water on Lake Elysian just after 6 a.m. Saturday.

Five people were duck hunting in a duck boat when it capsized about 200 yards off shore, police said. Four of them were pulled to shore and the body of the fifth person, Brady Hruska, 17, of Waterville, was pulled from Lake Elysian about 2 p.m.
