A man and a woman, both 33, were returning from hunting at about
6 p.m. Oct. 24, when both fell down a cliff near the Middle Fork of
the Big Cimarron, the Gunnison County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The man sustained severe injuries, including a leg fracture, after
tumbling between 40 and 50 feet and landing in a small creek.
