OR: Hunter dies after tree falls during OR storm

NEHALEM, Ore. -- A tree fell on an elk hunter during severe storm conditions near Nehalem Monday morning, killing the man.
 
Emergency responders found the body of Nathan Christensen, 52, of Seattle in a tent around 7 a.m. 

Firefighters said the forest was so thick that they had to cut their way into and out of the emergency scene.
