INDIANOLA, Iowa (AP) - The Iowa Department of Natural Resources
says 58-year-old Miles Sagen was injured around 8:30 Sunday morning
while deer hunting west of Indianola.
Sagen was shot by a
deer slug fired from 144 yards away. At the time, it was impossible
to see more than 100 yards away because of the fog.
