SHILOH — A 14-year-old boy was shot in the face while hunting in
Stow Creek Township.
The father was hunting when, attempting
to shoot a deer, shot his son in the face with a single pellet of
buckshot. The buckshot pellet struck the boy's face under the eye
and exited through his cheek.
Saturday marked the final day
of permit shotgun season in Zone 27 for white-tailed deer.
