SC: Fog, camouflage clothing possible factors in hunting incident

January 15, 2013

From TheItem.com

Inclement weather and camouflaged clothing may have been contributing factors to the accidental shooting of a 39-year-old Sumter man early Saturday morning while duck hunting.

Mark Pipkin and four of his friends arrived at Hickory Top Landing off the Old River Road between Summerton and Rimini before dawn. The foursome were in the trees in the swamp when the shooting occurred.
