MI: Hunter falls, dies, while hunting

BATH TWP. — Bath Township police said the body of Michael James Wright, 60, was found Tuesday afternoon beneath a portable tree stand on a tract along South Upton Road, north of Clark Road.
 
Area residents reported seeing a hunter leave a vehicle on Michigan Department of Natural Resources property on Saturday. They called police on Tuesday to check on him when his vehicle had not been moved, police said.
