NJ: West Amwell man hurts leg badly in tree stand accident

WEST AMWELL — Jeffery Warford of West Amwell Township suffered a serous leg injury this morning when he fell about 15 feet to the ground while moving or hanging a tree stand, police reported.
 
The accident happened at around 10:45 a.m. and far off the road from 342 Mount Airy-Harbourton Road, near South Hunterdon High School. The accident took place on property of the Hunt Family Preserve.
