From WISHTV.com

SWITZERLAND CO., Ind. (WISH) - An Indianapolis deer hunter was flown to a hospital Saturday after he was hit by a falling tree.

Indiana Conservation Officers say Bryan D. Treeter, 29, of Indianapolis, was on a ladder stand near State Road 56 in Switzerland County hunting deer when the top of a rotten tree broke and fell on him. He was wearing a safety harness at the time of the accident.

Treeter was flown to the University of Louisville and treated for arm, shoulder and head injuries.
