(AP) Two law enforcement officers in northeast Iowa have
been suspended after pleading guilty to killing deer without a hunting
license.
The officers are Duane Ollendick, a Howard County
Sheriff's Deputy, and Adam Bollman, a Cresco Police
Officer. Howard County Sheriff Mark Grinhaug says they were not on duty at
the time.
Grinhaug will not reveal how long the suspension is.
Each man was fined $100.00 for their role in the incident
on November 7, 2003. Bollman was also fined $1,500.00 in damages for the
deer.
