(Macomb-AP) -- Four Fulton County residents must each pay
a $1500 fine for hunting illegally at a central Illinois wildlife refuge.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service says Dennis Pollitt and
Jody Rilea of Liverpool, Michael Selph of Cuba and Robert Harper of
Lewistown all pleaded guilty. The four must forfeit their hunting privileges
for a year, and three were told to give up their hunting equipment.
Federal prosecutors say the hunters attempted to kill
white-tail deer at the Chautauqua National Wildlife Refuge in 2002.
