Trapper Going to Jail
LE MARS, Iowa A northwest Iowa man accused of violated the state's
trapping laws is going to jail.
James Urban of Le Mars pleaded guilty in Plymouth County this month
to wanton waste of wildlife and possession of untagged traps. He was
sentenced to six months in jail and banned from trapping until at least
2015.
