BALTIMORE (AP)
The Eastern Shore businessman and charter boat captain known as
Captain Buddy is due in court today in Baltimore for an initial
appearance on federal hunting violations.
Levin Harrison of Tilghman Island is accused of exceeding a daily
hunting limit for Canada geese and taking geese from a baited area.
Harrison was previously charged by state authorities with three
fishing-law violations last summer. Natural Resources Police alleged
that undersized rockfish were being processed at his seafood processing
plant.
