MARINETTE - A Marinette County judge on Thursday ordered motions
about other wrongdoings sealed in the case against James Nichols, a
Peshtigo man accused of killing Green Bay hunter Cha Vang on Jan. 5 in a
wildlife area while hunting. ...
Nichols is charged with first degree intentional homicide, hiding a
corpse and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Vang and Nichols were in the Peshtigo area hunting on Jan. 5 when a
chance encounter turned deadly, prosecutors say.
An autopsy showed Vang died of multiple stab wounds and a shotgun
blast to the head, neck and abdomen.
