Two charged with hunting waterfowl at Deep Creek Lake

DEEP CREEK — A Baltimore man and a Florida man have been charged with
hunting waterfowl at Deep Creek Lake.
Igor A. Shamatrin, 25, of Baltimore and Dmitrijs Korablovs, 28, of
Kissimmee, Fla., were cited Tuesday with hunting waterfowl near Skippers
Point on Deep Creek Lake.
Shamatrin and Korablovs were each charged with hunting waterfowl
during closed season and hunting in a state park where not permitted.
Shamatrin was also charged with failure to carry personal flotation
devices aboard the vessel. NRP seized the ducks, the compound bow and
arrows as evidence.
