Jonathan Aaron Moore, 26, of Frankfort, Ky., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession of wildlife that is the property of the state, unlawful use of an artificial light and hunting, fishing and trapping on private property.

William Ben Newton, 24, of Hamp­­­ton, Ariz., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of unlawful possession of wildlife that is property of the state, hunting, fishing and trapping on private property and unlawfully hunting elk without a proper and valid license.

Bradley Reece Shankles, 24, of Hampton, Ariz., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of the willful destruction of wildlife, unlawfully hunting elk without a proper and valid license, unlawful possession of wildlife that is property of the state and hunting, fishing and trapping on private property.
