WV - Man Arrested in Harrison County Hunting Death

William Weekley is charged with negligent shooting.

CLARKSBURG -- Harrison County Sheriff's Deputies have filed charges in a hunting accident that left one person dead.

It happened on November 23rd in Good Hope.

Deputies have arrested William Weekley of Lost Creek and charged him with negligent shooting.

They say Weekley was hunting with Larry Hayhurst, 54 of Lost Creek, when his gun went off and shot Hayhurst in the chest, killing him.
