DNREC makes 2nd hunting arrest
DAGSBORO -- Delaware Department of Natural Resources and
Environmental Control Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents have made a
second arrest in a case involving night hunting near the Seagrass
development in Dagsboro.
On Oct. 19, agents arrested John M. Bush, 20, and charged him with
illegal night hunting. Bush was also charged with spotlighting, hunting
out of season, hunting from a motor vehicle and carrying an unlawfully
loaded firearm.
Bush, of 34875 Cherry Log Lane, was taken to Justice of the Peace
Court No. 3 in Georgetown, where he pleaded guilty to all charges. He
paid a fine of $1,132. Bush lost his hunting license for two years.
This case follows an Oct. 10 incident in which agents arrested Adam
M. Majchrzak, 28, and charged him with three counts of illegal night
hunting.
Majchrzak, also of 34875 Log Lane, was also charged with
spotlighting, three counts of hunting out of season, hunting from a
motor vehicle and carrying an unlawfully loaded firearm in a motor
vehicle.
