Man pleads no contest to stealing hunting gear
A man accused of stealing hunting gear in Trempealeau and Jackson
counties pleaded no contest to some of the charges in Jackson County court.
Nineteen-year-old Corey Crivits from Ettrick pleaded no contest to five
counts of burglary Thursday. Eleven other criminal charges were dismissed.
Earlier this year investigators say he and Derek Kwiatkowski stole tree
stands, tools, an ATV and other equipment.
Crivits also faces nine counts of theft and burglary in Trempealeau
county court.
