3 face illegal hunting charges
WATERBURY (AP) - Three Lyndonville residents are facing charges that they
were involved in illegal hunting. Larry and Maria Cheeseman and Vincent
Cartularo of Lyndonville are charged with selling the use of dogs to take
black bear. Cartularo also is charged with illegally selling deer.
They could face fines of $200 to $500 per violation, restitution of up to
$1,000 for each illegally taken animal and loss of hunting, fishing and
trapping licenses for three years.
The three are scheduled to be arraigned on March 8.
