GA: Men were hunting on private property illegally
Report: Men were hunting on private property illegally
Three men were arrested after they were found hunting illegally on
private property, and one faces a felony charge of possession of a firearm
by a convicted felon, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Jacob Malory Burkhalter, 29, of 648 Old Rockmart Road, Silver Creek;
Skyler Levi Wilson, 17, of 16 Wilkerson Road, Rome; and Gary Neil Brannon,
20, of 1358 Reeceburg Road, Silver Creek, were all charged with criminal
trespass after they were found on property off Wax Road.
The three men were told to stay off the property, according to the
report.
Burkhalter was also charged with the felony weapons charge.
The three remained in the Floyd County Jail on Tuesday.
