Frankford man charged with multiple hunting violations

SUSSEX COUNTY — DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on
Dec. 6 arrested a Frankford man for numerous violations of Delaware’s
hunting regulations.
Kyle H. Hudson, age 29, of 33040 Murray Road, Frankford, was arrested and
charged with two counts of hunting without a license, two counts of hunting
waterfowl over bait, two counts of hunting waterfowl without migratory
waterfowl stamps, one count of possession of unlawfully taken game, one
count of hunting waterfowl prior to legal hours, one count of failing to tag
antlered deer, one count of failing to retain tag on antlered deer, one
count of butchering deer prior to registration, and one count of failing to
retain receipt for antlered deer. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace
Court No. 3 in Georgetown, where he pled guilty to all charges and was fined
$5,756. Citizens are encouraged to report fish and wildlife violations to
the Delaware Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Section at 302-739-4580.
