Arrows Shot at Fountain Valley Geese, $2K Reward Offered
Three geese have been shot with hunting arrows at Mile Square Regional
Park.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY (KTLA) -- A $2,000 reward is being offered to anyone with
information on who is responsible for the shooting of three Canada geese
with hunting arrows at Mile Square Regional Park in Fountain Valley last
week.
One of the three is still alive at a Costa Mesa veterinary hospital.
One of the geese was reportedly euthanized last week because of a severe
shoulder wound.
Another died after undergoing surgery.
Police were posted in the area Friday night but did not catch anyone in
the act.
