Chariton Co. Prosecutor Charges 4 in Illegal Hunting Incident

Four people were charged Friday in Chariton County with pursuing, taking,
killing, or possessing wildlife illegally, a class A misdemeanor. According
to court documents, Jerrold Foster, 71, and Kevin Foster, 48, both of
Sumner, were arrested by the Department of Conservation Monday. Jack
Gonzalez Mora, 25, of Marshall, was taken into custody last weekend and
Scott Sullivan, 37, of Keytesville, was apprehended May 25th. All are due
back in court on June 28th at 9 a.m.
