A deputy went to a residence on Bert Brown Road July 22, where the
male complainant said he was outside his residence when he heard a
gunshot coming from another home. The complainant was still outside when
he heard another shot that was so close, he felt the air from the
bullet.
The deputy spoke with the man who shot the pistol, who said he had
been shooting at raccoons. The deputy arrested the 33-year-old Conroe
man at 3:26 a.m. and charged him with deadly conduct.
