WARSAW -- A Perry man has been arrested in connection with a Nov. 26
incident in which a home was damaged by a shotgun slug, state police
said.
Francis P. Powers, 69, was charged Thursday with second-degree
reckless endangerment, illegal attempt to kill a deer, discharge of a
firearm over a public highway, and failure to tag a doe deer, said
troopers and state Department of Environmental Conservation police.
The incident allegedly occurred on Burke Hill Road. Powers was
released and is to appear in Warsaw Town Court at a later date.
