Poaching charges are filed against three local men. Indiana
Conservation Officers say the incident happened on November 8th in Clay
County. James Snyder and David Cure from Brazil, and Poland resident
Dustin Langley are charged with hunting from a vehicle, illegally taking
a deer, and wanton waste.
Langley confessed that he shot the deer from his truck. The men
reportedly took the deer’s head and left the body in the woods.
