EDINBURG -- A 69-year-old man was arrested recently after the
Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office says he was drunk while hunting.
Deputies responded to the 1000 block of Ridge Hollow Road on Dec. 29
for a report of an intoxicated man hunting, Lt. Darcy Dellinger said. He
said Garland Eugene Dellinger, of 919 Ridge Hollow Road, had a
blood-alcohol content of 0.11.
He is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court
on Jan. 27.
