Two Alabama men arrested in Polk County for out of season turkey hunting

Two eager turkey hunters from Alabama were arrested on March 18, 2012 by Georgia DNR for turkey hunting just six days before the official season opening.
 
Johnathan David Turner, 26, and James Glenn Watkins, 32, both of Anniston, AL.; were arrested and charged with hunting without permission and hunting big game (turkey) out of season.The two hunters were arrested while hunting on White/Ellis property, located in Polk County.
