Bethel Wildlife Troopers issued citations to several individuals
with a Failure to Return Permit Hunt Report on May 12. Those cited,
were Darrel Garrison, Naim Sabani, Frank Nicholai, Jacob Johnson,
Willie Steven, Abe Ayapan, Patrick Spein, Evan Egoak, and Bruce
Francisco.
The trooper dispatch explains, “Hunt report
information is a critical tool for ADF&G to protect, maintain, and
improve Alaska’s wildlife resources for the well-being of the people
of Alaska. Failure to provide the Hunt Report information hampers
the wildlife biologists ability to properly manage an important
public resource.”
