KY: Louyisville man accused of illegally trapping, killing squirrels

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police said 57-year-old Wendell Hawkins illegally trapped squirrels and then drowned them in a water-filled trash can.
 
Hawkins is charged with animal cruelty, hunting and trapping without a license and hunting out of season.
