It's a crime you don't hear about too often. But someone in
Anderson County was arrested for, Hunting under the influence.
"It's kind of a scary situation, you're fairly close and someone
shoots at you with a 12 guage shotgun," says Danny Crouch, the owner
of the property where the alleged incident happened.
Crouch
says one man was drinking beer and got upset after another hunter
shot at a dove that he wanted.
Kentucky Fish and Wildlife
were called out to the field in Lawrenceburg.
Officers arrested
David Gaines for Hunting under the influence and second degree
wanton endangerment.
Crouch says that Gaines drew a gun on
another hunter and fired at him.
