On Oct. 20 at approximately 6 p.m., while an officer was at the
Garrett Williamson property they observed a hunter wearing
camouflage carrying a bow and arrow walking in the woods onto the
property.
According to the report, the property is completely fenced
and posted to prevent trespassing. The fence was installed due to
the numerous problems of people trespassing for hunting purposes and
riding ATVs, according to the report. Police notified the man, who
had been notified on several occasions before, about trespassing
onto the property and that he was not permitted to be on the
property for any reason.
The man was arrested and charged for trespassing.
