MA: Man pleads guilty to illegal trap, dog caught

HAMILTON, Mont. (AP) — 59-year-old Juan Lopez has pleaded guilty
to trapping violations after a Labrador retriever got caught in an
illegally placed mink trap. Lopez was fined $535, must pay
restitution and has lost his trapping privileges for three years. He
also must take a trapping education class before his privileges can
be reinstated.
