WI: West Bend man charged with illegal hunting for hitting deer with car

PORT WASHINGTON -- 29-year-old Michael Cox from West Bend is being charged with illegal hunting for allegedly hitting a deer with his car on purpose.
 
A DNR Warden look at video and concluded that the man stopped, backed up, flashed the truck's light to get the deer to move out of the bushes with the "intent of killing the deer."
