MT: Two warrants served yielding five years of hunting violation

State of Montana Game Wardens collaborated with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to cite and fine five people for various game violations spanning a five-year period between 2007 and 2011.
 
Randy Hatch, 57, Princeton, Minn., was charged with multiple counts of unlawful possession resulting in $3,265 in fines and $1,400 in restitution, losing his privileges to hunt, fish and trap in Montana and member states of the Wildlife Violator Compact for two years.
 
Darrel Schuster, 45, Belton, Mo., was charged with multiple counts of unlawful possession resulting in $2,565 in fines and $1,800 in restitution, losing his privileges to hunt, fish and trap in Montana and member states of the Wildlife Violator Compact for two years.
 
Donald Schuster, 48, Rogers, Minn., was fined $1,660 and $1,000 in restitution for possessing two mule deer bucks killed in Montana without a license, possession of a mule deer buck that was shot by another and failure to wear hunter orange while hunting. Schuster also lost his privileges to hunt, fish, and trap in Montana and member states of the Wildlife Violator Compact for two years.
 
Miranda See, 25, Washington, Iowa, was fined $535 and $500 in restitution for possession of a mule deer buck shot in Montana without a license and $235 for using someone else’s license.
 
Edward Knudsen, 42, Cambridge, Minn., was fined for possession of a mule deer shot by another totaling $535.
