PA: Sheppton man on trial for gun, hunting, drug offenses

Ronald R. Hartz Jr., 50, faces eight counts of prohibited possession of firearms, 11 of taking or killing big game, three of improper retrieval of game or wildlife and one each of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper taking or possession of game or wildlife, improper use of device and unlawful killing of a protected bird.
