NY: Jersey man indicted for killing family pet dog

KINGSTON – The Ulster County grand jury has indicted a Beachwood, New Jersey on for shooting and killing a family pet dog with an arrow.
 
David Moors, 39, shot the dog on October 27, 2013 at 207 Weed Road in Pine Bush. He was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and hunting deer with the aid of bait.
 
Moors was hunting on his sister’s property when he shot and killed the neighbor’s dog with an arrow.
