DE: Men charged with weapons, hunting violations

According to the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Controlís Natural Resource Police, 23-year-old Ethan M. Henry was charged with four counts of felony possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited and one count of hunting without a license.  Henry was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $20,050 secured bond.
Ryan Henry, 18, was arrested and charged with one count each of illegally engaging in a firearms transaction for another person, giving a firearm to a person prohibited, failure to attach tag to antlered deer, removing antlered deer parts prior to checking and failure to check antlered deer within the required 24-hour period.
