ME: Charges filed in stray hunting shot case

Two charged with discharging a firearm near a dwelling
 
OLD ORCHARD BEACH, Maine Town councilor Kenneth Blow is facing charges of criminal mischief and discharging a firearm near a dwelling. Developer Tim Swenson is charged with discharging a firearm near dwelling.
 
Swenson entered a not guilty plea and is due in court in July. Blow is scheduled to be arraigned next month.
 
No one was hurt during the incident on Cascade Rd, but the homeowner said the bullets came close to both her and her dogs. The fence was damaged.
